How to delegate IRIS and earn staking rewards?

There're many wallets support IRIS staking, you can select one from Cosmos official website. Install and login one of these wallets, such as Keplr, change the network to "IRISnet":
click "Stake" to enter the staking section:
Scroll down the page to find the validator Wetez, click "Manage" to process:
A pop-up window will appear, enter the amount of IRIS you want to delegate and click to delegate IRIS to Wetez：
A Keplr pop-up window will appear asking for approval of the transaction. Click on "approve" to complete the delegation.
After the delegation, you can view your current staking reward and claim for it on the top of the same staking section.
